Economic transformation needed

We need to devote to technical education, like programming, which is labor-intensive, and requiring little capital equipment, and export that knowledge, but that requires spending lots of money providing technical educations. However, we need to have sufficient money to improve the technical competence of our students either internally or by sending them to foreign schools in sufficient numbers to make a difference economically to the entire countY. If we have sufficient money to start down the road towards economic improvement. It would be a major contribution to the study of this problem if some scholars would make a cash flow analysis of the economy to determine with some precision where Our money comes from and where it goes. That analysis might suggest some social transformations that would accumulate it in sufficient quantities to spend on improving its technology. A cash flow analysis of our  economy might be a start to determine whether or not we are able to move up the economic ladder or remain on the lower rungs.

"The economic transformation" would get us somewhere, in my opinion, because (1) we spend enough  amount of money on economic development and (2) we would be supportive of our social domestic economic reforms". How to contribute to social economic transformation, it is helpful to have an idea of how fundamental socio/economic changes can come about? What role do we play? What about free education, medicare for everyone, jobs, personal growth,  reform?

The "wealth" are the goods and services that a person can command for his/her use. Your house, your factory, and the work of your gardener and your factory workers are examples of wealth. The "money" is the paper and coin that gives a person access to wealth. From an economist's viewpoint, money is not wealth. Money gives access to wealth. (In the language of the street, however, money is considered wealth too.)

I suppose it would be better to say, there has always been macroeconomic policy which is essential for economic growth. It also is essential if one is going to avoid very high rates of inflation.  There are things in addition to simply raising real incomes that can make a difference. And, of course, there is lots we need to learn both in terms of what has been effective and what has not been effective.

Countries have to develop organized instruments to achieve their military, political, economic, social, religious, and intellectual objectives.  Economic change must comes only through reforms.  So let me take policy design and particularly look at that in terms of pro-poor growth.
