for demographic changes, they will miss out on a unique opportunity to
boost growth and investments for the future, risking a surge in youth frustration
and exacerbating instability, the United Nations Development Programme
(UNDP)
underlined today in its latest Regional Human Development Report.
There is a common denominator among
successful human development projects, be they in the field of
education, health, economic growth, cultural preservation or the
environment, namely that the project beneficiaries themselves
participated in their design, management and overall control.
